PRE & POST TAN INSTRUCTIONS IS VITAL. WE ALSO WANT TO RESPECT YOUR TIME & OUR TAN ARTISTS TIME. PLEASE READ THE BELOW.
A $10 CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING FEE MAY APPLY OR FULL PRICE RE-SPRAY CHARGE MAY APPLY UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES.
- Appointment has to be cancelled/rescheduled due to client not properly following the pre-prep instructions. This can include but not limited to; Using Dove or Oil of Olay/high mineral based products, shaving the same day, applying lotions and barrier cream products to skin before appointment.
- If you withhold honest information about the lotion or products you have used on your skin - it may have a negative effect on your spray tan and if you allow us to SPRAY TAN YOU ANYWAYS, You, the client will be responsible for paying full price for a RE-SPRAY if needed or desired.
- This can include but is not limited to; using the specified products we disclaim NOT TO USE in our Pre-Prep Instructions. We will know if you withheld proper information by the way the solutions reacts with your skin or if the solution does not adhere to your skin as normal (barrier created by your products used).
- PLEASE BE HONEST ABOUT THE PRODUCTS USED ON YOUR SKIN. We are are not here to judge you. We simply want to provide a positive tanning experience and a long lasting beautiful tan.
- Once the solution is applied to skin, the truth of products being used will reveal themselves. Being upfront will save everyone from a negative experience. We would rather re-schedule you and give you the opportunity to prepare your skin correctly and be able to provide you with an amazing experience and tan, vs. the alternate.
WE DO NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST TANNING ANY "BODY" - BUT WE DO RESPECT THE COMFORT OF EVERYONE INVOLVED. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- MEN MUST WEAR SOMETHING TO COVER GENATALIA. This may include any type of men's bikini underwear, or type of shorts or boxers/underwear. Men may also wear "MENS TANNING POUCH OR SLEEVE" - may be found on amazon.com. We appreciate your understanding!
